For online purchases:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns of perishable items, which applies to most items listed in our store. Refund requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Returns of non-perishable items (unopened, unused) must also be initiated within 14 days.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for non-perishable items, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds for damaged, defective, perishable items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and refunded to the original payment method (within 5 business days on our end; we have no control over how long the customer's financial institution will process the refund, etc.) if the refund is approved.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For purchases in Triangle Wine Company stores, bring the item to any store location within 14 days with your store receipt.
